General notes

1. 2 nights minimum stay

2. Check in: Between 14: 00 &; 15:00 and check out 10:00

Reservation

1. All reservations are made subject to Terms and Conditions listed here.

2. Reservations require an immediate 50% DEPOSIT to secure the booking.

3. Balance of payment of OUTSTANDING AMOUT 5 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL.

4. Bookings made a short notice must be conformed by full payment immediately.

Cancellation conditions

1. If you cancel your booking 30 days in advance, you are entitled to a 100% refund.

2. If you cancel your booking 15 days in advance, you will be entitled to a 50% refund.

3. If you cancel 7 days before arrival, 0% refund.

Weather related cancellations:

a. It can happen during our rainy season especially during winter that we may receive heavy rains and snow which may make it difficult or not
possible for guests to reach the farm safely. In case of such an event, we shall inform guests 5 days prior to arrival of forecasts and photos of
the nearby Vis River that will have to be crossed to allow guest to make an informed decision about changing their visit to either a new date or
cancelling the visit. If guests decide to cancel, they will receive a full refund.

b. It may also happen that during the visit, we may experience heavy rains or snow and the possibility of not being able to cross the Vis River. In such a case, we shall inform the guests to allow them to make an informed decision if they want to stay longer or leave early. If they
decide to leave earlier than booked, we shall refund them for the days that are left.

c. If guests decide to stay after being informed by us about the possible risk of not being able to leave on time because of either rain, snow or a river that cannot be crossed, they will be responsible for the normal daily rates for the extra days.
